With Round 3 now over, it's about time we had the mastermind meme!

To those who aren't familiar, this is essentially an AU where your character is the one responsible for Round 3's Mutual Killing Game, and all of the carnage that came with it, from the kidnapping to the motives to the trials to the executions! And now, they have chosen to reveal themselves before the remaining members of their class at the final trial!

As such, you are free to play around with this as much as you would like; did your character make a contract with Kyuubey, or did your character put everyone in the Killing Game for a different reason? What is your character's motivation for bringing despair? What do they intend to get out of this seemingly senseless killing? And what does the rest of the class have to do to stop the madness and go home?

There's probably going to be quite a bit of AUing from your character's original canon happening here to make them into the best harbingers of despair they can be, so feel free to go as nuts with it as you want to! And, of course, feel free to tag others with your character's reaction to their classmate's big reveal; it doesn't matter whether or not your character made it to endgame, have fun and mix up the survivor pool as much as you'd like!

Oh, and feel free to describe your character's sweet new Monobear-themed duds, too!!

Of course I was. Me and Giratina, we made it all happen together.

[But he doesn't understand, does he? They're not quite done here.]

You, me, and everyone else... We all knew each other. We were very close.

[He hugs himself and grips his sleeves as he speaks; it's not long before a few of Giratina's tentacles embrace him as well.]

Not nearly as close as you all are now, of course. You and Tsukiyama- I should've seen that one coming. I'm not sure why I didn't. You two were the ones that looked so alive.

[Surely the answer should be obvious by now. Ryuunosuke won't make him spell it out for him, will he...?]

...I don't understand. How did we all know each other?

[He's pretty sure he doesn't want to know, but morbid curiosity compels him to ask anyway.]

[Silver frowns, and the tentacles previously hugging them retreat back into the shadows.

He should let Ryuunosuke answer this, he really should, but he's been waiting, waiting, waiting and his patience is growing so thin-]

You really can't figure it out? I'm disappointed, Ryuunosuke. But disappointment's what I deserve, isn't it? That's what I get for locking my own friends in here.

I still have no idea what you're talking about. I get that we're still missing some memories and I guess we all knew each other before this, but how?

[He stands tall and proud as he says it. His smile's definitely not a nice one.]

And we were damn good at it too. Our homes, our worlds, the universe had forsaken all of us, So we took it out on the universe. It was incredible. You made bodies bend in ways I didn't even think they could. This one time, you even...

[He tips his head a bit at that. He can totally believe it, actually. He's also pretty interested in hearing more about what he was doing, but for now...]

So we... we all worked together to spread despair or something. But how did this happen? Why did you decide to trap us in here?

Well, we were the first ones. Me and Giratina have an understanding.

[Judging by the fact that he still has half a conscience and the damn thing will not stop periodically embracing him with its freaky shadowy tentacles.]

We learned about Junko's work- [Isn't that a fun way to put all of this-] and started spreading despair everywhere. And you guys all wanted to join us. All of you hated your homes. Most of you wrecked them before we even showed up.

...Except for Isabelle. None of us wanted to hurt Isabelle. We just took her along instead.

Well yeah, I can't imagine anyone wanting to hurt Isabelle.

[EXCEPT WHEN HE DID WEEKS AGO BUT THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT]

I can believe that I screwed up Fuyuki, but everyone else? ...I guess we all are kind of a mess so it might have been possible...

But why did you take our memories?

[feistytrader]

It wasn't me. The Future Foundation, they wanted to stop us.

[And with good fucking reason-]

So they took you all away and tried to fix you. They took your memories away. They wanted to take me, too.

[And a dangerous, angry, hateful, predatory look fills Silver's eyes, so he looks away and at no one in particular until he can collect himself again.]

We could take you back, but we couldn't bring back your memories.
